Details: This car was hit on the right front, and was professionally rebuilt using new parts, not body putty. The hood, right fender, front bumper, radiator, A/C condensor, cooling fans assembly and ABS brake control module were all replaced with OEM new parts. The headlight was replaced with a used headlight. Airbags were deployed, so the entire SRS system was replaced, including all four airbags (driver´s, passenger´s, driver´s knee and passenger´s knee), airbag clockspring, airbag control module, and all four seatbelts. Everything on the SRS system works properly, and I have an SRS system scanner if you want to verify that no SRS (or any other) fault codes are stored at the time you test drive and/or pick up the car. The car passed the state inspection in Oklahoma, which requires that the SRS system be fully functional. It currently has about 47,500 miles on it, but I commute with it about 20 miles daily, so it will change as time passes.The car will be delivered to the buyer with an Oklahoma REBUILT title, NOT a salvage title. The rebuilt title shows that the car was restored after being damaged, and was inspected for safety systems and roadworthiness by an Oklahoma DMV official. Check with your own DMV, but most states register cars with a rebuilt title exactly the same as any other. Some states require their own inspection, but this car will pass any inspection by anyone.There is one small scratch on the driver´s door, and 3 or 4 small dings, all of which can probably be removed by one of those paintless dent repair shops - none of them has damaged paint. My one and only aggravation with the car is that when the body shop rebuilt it, they welded in the new radiator support an inch or so lower than it should have been, and didn´t notice it until they had put the car all back together. It doesn´t affect anything, so I let them leave it that way. If you look under the front bumper, you can see that the radiator support frame hangs a little lower on the passenger side, and a couple of times I´ve scraped it on a parking bumper. But they braced up the radiator in its proper position, all the body panels line up properly, so you´ll never notice it unless you want to crawl under the car to see it.Now the good stuff. It is a Lexus. It drives, looks, and feels like a Lexus. No problems of any kind with the car´s operation or comfort. Everything on the car works exactly as it should. When the car was rebuilt, I had new tires installed and a four-wheel alignment. Since then I´ve driven it for two years and about 20,000 miles and never done a thing to it but change the oil and filter on schedule. I´d estimate that the tires have 70% of the tread remaining. It is equipped with the following:Premium sound system with 6-CD changer and integrated bluetooth audio with steering wheel controls Rear seat side airbags Power moon roof Full size spare HID headlamps with AFS system (headlights turn with steering wheel for better visibility on cornering) Power rear sunshade Premium plus package (memory power driver & passenger seats, with heated & ventilated perforated leather, power tilt/telescope steering wheel, power driver´s seat cushion extender, etc.)Power rear window shade Wood & leather steering wheelThe car is rated 19 city/27 hwy mpg, and it does better than that. In the photo of the dash, you can see the 24.0 average mpg: this is the long-term average. On a typical tank of gas with mixed city and highway driving, I get 24-26 mpg. This car cruises on the highway at 75 mph with the A/C on at 30-31 mpg, depending upon the terrain and wind. And what a dream to drive! Quiet, smooth, powerful when you need it, and classic Lexus looks.Come and drive it, and I promise you won´t be disappointed. You can save $6,000-$10,000, and no one will know you´re driving a rebuilt car unless you tell them. Details: Alright, I just bought this car a few months back because it´s a great V8 Sports care, a nice collectors car and I had a bunch of performance plans for this car. I like tune and upgrade cars for car shows. If you know about the SC 400 you´ll know this is a great car, the engines particuarlly on these cars last FOREVER well into 400k miles. This car is in good shape, minor dings from just it being a 92 and minor wear on the interior. Currently the AC is having some issues, but I will be getting that fixed before sale. The idle air control valve is also causing spotty, but I am also fixing this before the sale (80 dollar part on Ebay). The only other problem is the passenger side window relay is bad, I wasn´t going to fix this but I can upon buyers request. Tires are in good shape, car runs great has probably another 8-10 years left in it easily. The engine bay is clean and in great condition. I´m willing to negotiate the price, especially if you buy before I fix the few issues it has.I can provide anymore information you request upon contact. The only reason I´m selling this car is because I just recently had a baby, and the wife is pretty much done with me spending money on show/performance cars and wants a ´baby´ vehicle.
